We want you to love your organic essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks must be returned with the original seal intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal.

  Drop Off at a Point

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the carbon-neutral transit back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
